Standard - $7 or FREE on orders $50+

Personalised Orders
- Personalised orders will be delivered via Standard delivery.
- Orders containing both personalised and non personalised items will be delivered together.
Deliver to Store - $2 or FREE for orders $30+
- Please note all Deliver to Store orders are processed and delivered from our warehouse to your selected store for collection.
- In selected stores only.
- You will receive notification via SMS or email when your order is ready for collection.
- Uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded after 30 days.
Store to Door - FREE
- Can't find your size in store? No problem, if your size is available in our warehouse our team can arrange for your purchase to be delivered to you via FREE standard delivery.
- Store to door orders are available on standard domestic orders only. We're unable to offer international or express shipping.
New Zealand - $13 or FREE on $75+
- Delivered within 6-8 business days.
- Delivery is not available to PO Boxes.
- Nail polish, flammable items, batteries and some consumable items cannot be delivered internationally. You can find more details on the United Postal Union Convention website.
All other international countries - $20
- Delivered within 10-30 business days.

- Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.
Delivery FAQs
How can I track my order?
- Login to My Account and view My Purchases to access your tracking information. Don’t have an account? Create one using the email address you checked out with. Alternatively, check your emails for tracking information. If you selected Deliver to Store you will receive an SMS or email to let you know once your order is ready to collect.
Delivery on Public Holidays?
- Our delivery partners may not deliver your order on a public holiday. If your order is placed on a Public Holiday it will not be processed and despatched until the next business day.
- During National and State specific public holidays or busy sale periods you may experience a delay in receiving your order.
Do I need to sign for my order?
- You can elect during checkout if you would like your order to be left unattended. By doing this you are giving your delivery company permission to leave your order in a safe place if no one is home to sign for your order.
- Factorie will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with the authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Cotton On will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.

- Next business day delivery to roadside addresses and offshore islands within these zones is not guaranteed. For any updates to expected delivery times, please refer to the Australia Post website.
- Factorie will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with an authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Factorie will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.
- While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. Please note all gift card purchases will be delivered separately.
- If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
