A minimum spend of $25 is required in order to redeem the $10 Welcome voucher. The Payday voucher has a 90 day expiry and is single use only. Rewards can only be redeemed at CottonOn & Co stores in Australia and can only be redeemed on presentation of the CottonOn & Co. Perks card or corresponding photo identification and email address online. The vouchers can be redeemed in-store at any CottonOn & Co. Perks participating brand or online at www.cottonon.com/au. To redeem online enter the barcode number at checkout. To redeem in-store present the email at the register. Multiple rewards may be redeemed in one transaction, however, rewards cannot be redeemed to purchase gift cards.
This contract is governed by the laws of Australia and such other laws which are applicable in the country where you are resident.
The delivery charges referred to in our Delivery Methods Information do not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered if that country is a country other than Australia. You are responsible for all such taxes and duties.
We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.

Factorie reserves the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason. Factorie will notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any Good/s where the price has been corrected.
We accept payments by credit card from Visa, MasterCard, Afterpay and Paypal.
Depending on your circumstances, you may have to pay additional exchange rate costs and fees as charged by your credit card issuer. We will not be liable for any costs associated with exchange rates or bank fees.
Purchases made using Afterpay are subject to the Afterpay Terms and Conditions.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
All items in your order that are in stock will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days.
Our warehouse is a Monday to Friday operation, subject to Public Holidays.
Please note delivery times are additional to these processing times, and vary from region to region.
If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once new stock arrives.
Yoyu will receive an email notification containing your invoice within 1-3 working days from the time you place an order.
